Jose J. Suarez has been a practicing architect with registrations in four states since obtaining his first license in 1985. Mr. Suarez graduated Cum Laude in 1981 from the University of Miami (Florida) with a Bachelors of Architecture. In 1980 he joined the firm, then known as Charles M. Sieger Architects, Inc. and in 1987 he became a general partner and Vice President of the firm known today as The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership.


As Vice President of The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, Mr. Suarez is involved in all phases of the projects in the office from schematic design to construction. In the office Mr. Suarez also coordinates the production schedules for projects on the boards and manages the staffing to meet the client deadlines. In the field he provides the critical link between client and general contractor. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, The National Fire Protection Association, Construction Association of South Florida and the Latin Builders Association.

Charles M. Sieger has been a practicing architect with registrations in six states for the past 23 years. In 1987 he was elected to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects, one of the most prestigious honors bestowed upon an architect by his peers. In 1999 Mr. Sieger was awarded the A.I.A. Silver Medal for Design.


Mr. Sieger, as President of The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, has designed well over several billion dollars in real estate properties. In addition, during his eighteen years of construction management he has overseen in excess of five hundred million dollars in new construction. Projects have included high and low rise residential properties as well as single family homes, commercial/retail and office properties.


He received his Bachelor of Architecture Cum Laude from the University of Florida and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania under Louis Kahn. He also studied at the Ecoles D’Art Americaines, Fontainbleau, France. In addition to numerous academic honors he has received awards from many organizations for work produced by his office. These include the South Florida Chapter, AIA and the National Association of Home Builders. He has also had numerous Architectural projects featured in Architectural Record and other  trade publications.
